Additionally, Andrea Schmoker provides advice to both Swiss and international private clients as well as to companies regarding contract and corporate law. Since2011 Evelyn Roduner has been working as a lawyer, first in Zurich then in Winterthur. She specializes in Swiss and international family law, child protection and inheritance law. In addition, she has experience tenancy law and general contract law. Since 2021 she is Certified Specialist SBA Family Law.
She provides advice and legal opinions to Swiss and foreign private individuals, families and companies.She represents her clients in negotiations, she pleads cases in court or in Administration for Children & Families (KESB) and regularly participates in advanced training to ensure best services to her clients. Further, Evelyn Roduner is a member of the two professional groups ‘family law’ and ‘inheritance law’. Finally she has multi-year experience at Swiss courts, initially at the Zurich District court and later at the Supreme Court of the Canton Zurich.

Urs Hofer specializes in general corporate, financial services regulations and insolvency handling. His regulatory experience includes all aspects of Swiss fund regulation and public banking law, anti-money laundering regulations, insider trading and market manipulation rules (including FINMA and SIX applications and proceedings in these contexts), as well as strategic advice to Swiss financial service providers and FinTech institutions in relation to upcoming new regulation (such as the Federal Financial Services Act, the Federal Financial Institutions Act, easing of Swiss regulatory framework for FinTech institutions). In addition, Urs Hofer lectures regularly on regulatory topics in external training modules (i.e. by VisionCompliance) and/or public seminars. Urs Hofer’s M&A experience includes complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Finally, he regularly provides advice and legal opinions on private law matters such as on general contract law, legal aspects of the advisory and asset management business, as well as on corporate law. Due to his many years of experience in highly renowned, international law firms, Urs Hofer is accustomed to quickly analyzing complex, challenging problem settings and providing solutions therefore that are both sophisticated as well as practicable.

Patrick Arnold joined the Kanzlei im Turm team as attorney in 2017. Partick Arnold’s practice focuses on family law. In addition, he represents and advises clients in employment, tenacy, criminal and general contract law matters. Patrick Arnold provides advice to both Swiss or foreign private individuals as well as legal entities. He offers both legal counsel in non litigative matters as well as represents clients before court and authorities. As regards the latter, he can draw on his many years of experience at the District Court of Winterthur – the local court conduct and customs are therefore very familiar to him. Rebekka Oehninger has been practicing as an attorney since 2021, specializing in contract law, corporate law and inheritance law. She received her Master of Arts in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Rebekka Oehninger now applies the experience she gained at the District Court of Münchwilen and in a law firm to advising and representing her clientele in court and before other authorities. She advises national and international individuals, families as well as companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters. In doing so, she can benefit from her basic education in economics at the HSG.
